Refund/cancellation statement

The City of Elliot Lake maintains a zero refund or cancellations policy for payments and appointments made through www.elliotlake.ca

Should an event/program be cancelled by the City of Elliot Lake or due to external circumstances out of the City's control, the City will provide applicants and participants with a full refund.

All refunds are processed in Canadian dollars.
